Return Process

  Log into your CRDI.online account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
